Our Policy


We take our clients health and safety seriously and in compliance with San Francisco Health Department, Pure Organic Spa is required to refuse service to anyone who does NOT wear a face covering, regardless of vaccination status.

Please ensure to wear a face covering when entering our facility.  If you do not have one, face masks are available for purchase at our receptionist area.

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment(s) is/are not canceled within this notification period, your appointment(s) is/are considered confirmed. If your appointment(s) is/are made in the 24-hour windowed, it is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subjected to a charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time for our reception and check-in process necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and to relax before beginning your services.

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.

You may consult with the Therapist directly about style and depth of pressure prior to your service. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage treatments.

Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash.  As of now, we do not accept American Express or Discover. We also do not accept any personal or traveller’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 18-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.

Gift Certificates are available for specified services, packages, or dollar amounts beginning at $50 and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. If you are a recipient of a donated or auctioned Gift Certificate, please give our receptionist the certificate number to book your appointment. Donation certificates are non-transferable, and expiration dates may not be changed or extended. If appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, your spa treatments and your spa gift certificate will be forfeited.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas. Our reception area provides the perfect setting for conversations.

In consideration of our guests, we ask that cell phones and electronic devices are turned off during your treatments.
